Endless Tails Pet Nutrition Centre – Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Wet Food & Tinned Products: Cannot be returned if opened. If sealed and unopened, a refund or exchange may be issued within 14 days with the original receipt.

  • Cat & Dog Treats: If opened, they may be exchanged within 14 days for another item of equal or lesser value (receipt required).

  • Dry Food (Cat & Dog):

    • Unopened bags: Eligible for full refund or exchange within 14 days with receipt.

    • Opened bags: Eligible for a partial refund or exchange within 14 days with receipt.

  • Toys, Collars, Leashes & Accessories: Must be unused and in resalable condition. Eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days with receipt.

  • Clearance & Final Sale Items: Not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the return is approved.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be provided.

  • Shipping fees (for online orders) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Defective or damaged products may be eligible for an exchange or refund—please bring the product and receipt to the store for review.
