Shipping & Pickup Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during regular business hours (Monday–Saturday).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another notification when your order is ready for pickup.

2. In-Store Pickup (Currently Available)

  • At this time, Endless Tails Pet Nutrition Centre offers in-store pickup only.

  • Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days.

  • Please bring your order confirmation email and valid ID when picking up your order.

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving your “ready for pickup” notification. After this period, items may be returned to stock and refunded.

3. Shipping (Coming Soon)

  • We are working on adding shipping options in the near future.

  • Once available, shipping fees, delivery times, and eligible locations will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Endless Tails is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Issues

  • If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing product, etc.), please contact us within 3 business days of pickup so we can make it right.
