Shipping & Pickup Policy
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business hours (Monday–Saturday).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another notification when your order is ready for pickup.
2. In-Store Pickup (Currently Available)

At this time, Endless Tails Pet Nutrition Centre offers in-store pickup only.

Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days.

Please bring your order confirmation email and valid ID when picking up your order.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving your “ready for pickup” notification. After this period, items may be returned to stock and refunded.
3. Shipping (Coming Soon)

We are working on adding shipping options in the near future.

Once available, shipping fees, delivery times, and eligible locations will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Endless Tails is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing product, etc.), please contact us within 3 business days of pickup so we can make it right.
